All Hearts Heal Imprisoned Minds A.H.H.I.M. INC. is a urban community based organization whose focus is to change the narrative of justice impacted and involved youth. We believe that who the underserved youth are tomorrow is essentially the outcome of how they are raised and nurtured today. As the leading Youth Social Services Organization in the Bronx, NY, Jersey City NJ Greenville SC and Charlotte NC. we host a variety of successful program initiatives available to the urban community.

At AHHIM INC, we care about what we do and strive to empower the lives of youth in the Bronx, NY community through our wide range of programs. We help shape at risk youth into young leaders of the future so they walk out of their urban community prepared to take on whatever comes their way. COMMUNITY WELLNESS
AHHIM INC empowers inner city at risk youth in the NYC area and we strive to help with the mindset and mental state of the you as well as the community they reside in. Our Community Wellness program focus on: •Mental Wellness Program. •Mental Health Advocacy •Health Education
COMMUNITY EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT
At AHHIM INC, we strive to empower the lives of at risk youth in the NYC area through providing after school education in tutoring and much more, such as: •Education Advocacy. •Extracurricular Academia Support •Sportsmanship Program
PEER TO PEER FUNDRAISING
At AHHIM INC we strive to empower the lives of at risk youth in the NYC area through teaching them about economic development and how to support their community the legal way through financial education with programs such as: •Financial Tutoring •Community fundraising program •Financial and economic seminar program
PUBLIC SPEAKING
AHHIM INC strives to empower at risk youth in the NYC areas offering programs that academically support the voice of the youth, through our Say It Right Say It Loud public Speaking program. Which enriches the voice and mind of the youth and focus on what they see needs work in their community and education system!

At AHHIM INC, we strive to empower the lives of youth in the United States Urban Community through our variety of programs. Our Volunteer Opportunities is designed to provide services to at risk youth with all the tools they need to be great leaders tomorrow. We are happy to be the driving force behind the development of our children, and hope to continue making a difference in their lives.
Fund Raising Opportunities
Since 2019, we have contributed to the development of children in four states through our wide range of programs. Our Fund Raising Opportunities is centered on instilling strong values into our youth and provides a space for them to expand their mind while meeting new and interesting individuals.
Youth Workshops
AHHIM INC empowers youth in four different states to reach their fullest potential through a wide range of services. We care about our children, and provide them with a number of enrichment programs to help shape their identity. Our Big Homie Mentoring Program provides our youth the chance to get involved in the community and meet new and exciting faces from all walks of life. Come experience it for yourself today!

Founded by James W Young Jr in 2017, AHHIM INC was established in order to provide justice impacted youth an environment in which they can reach their fullest potential. What started off as a small community venue has grown into an enterprise that’s committed to empowering children of all backgrounds.

Being The Change We Want To See
AHHIM INC plans to be transformative and deeply apart of at risk youth lives we change through our programs and making sure that we stay connected to all youth that come into contact with the programs that the organization offers. So many organizations put a time stamp on the participants progress and involvement within a organization never keeping in mind that when a community is created, there has to be up keep through the people who created it and inhabit it. There is not an end to how much help is given and or how much change takes place, we promise to dedicate our lives to the cause of change and progress. This is what makes AHHIM INC different from all other organizations, our hard work to change and influence among inner city communities and the youth that inhabit them along with the adults who serve as mentors.
